【一、使用技術(shù)說(shuō)明】

1.產(chǎn)品特性：平光、免固化劑、免洪烤、快干、耐沖壓、可絲印及移��；

2.環(huán)保性:符合歐洲重金屬EN-71-3、 美國ASTM-963、歐盟ROHS、鄰苯二甲酸鹽6P等標準；

3.適用范圍:各種金屬、合金、玻璃、陶瓷、電鍍、石材、陽(yáng)極氧化鋁表面及烤 （噴）漆面等；

4.稀釋劑: 用本公司783稀釋劑。洗網(wǎng)用718洗網(wǎng)水；

5.網(wǎng)紗與用量: 適合77T-140T（180目-350目）網(wǎng)紗，用300目網(wǎng)版每公斤約可印30平方米；

6.固化劑: 可以提高油墨油附著(zhù)力及性能。本油墨單組份使用,不用添加.如有特殊要求可以加本公司TA-9固化劑,添加量10%；

7.干燥方法：自然揮發(fā)干燥，墨層表干時(shí)間5-10分鐘：實(shí)干時(shí)間24小時(shí)以?xún)�，也可�?0度烤15分鐘。

【三、使用注意事項】

1、試印確認符合要求后再批量生產(chǎn)。

2、做好被印物的表面清除油脂及雜質(zhì)工作，以促進(jìn)附著(zhù)效果。

3、需要套色時(shí)，應在前顏色表干或硬干后再進(jìn)行套色工作。

4、附著(zhù)力、硬度、耐酸性、耐油性、耐去漬油性、抗劃傷性、耐磨性等性能的檢測，需要墨層

完全固化后方可檢測。

5、未經(jīng)允許情況下，不得將本系列油墨與其它類(lèi)型油墨混用及配色。

6、添加固化劑后的使用時(shí)限：加入固化劑后的油墨使用時(shí)間為4-6小時(shí)，環(huán)境溫度越高使用時(shí)間越短，剩余油墨不可回收。

7、油墨，稀釋劑使用及儲存時(shí)嚴禁煙火。

8、使用時(shí)注意施工場(chǎng)所的通風(fēng)狀況良好。
