General Description:

1.Rough grinding, fine grinding, polishing of beveling edge, and grinding of a bottom edge can be completed at one time;

2.The chain-plate adopts special techniques in inlaying the 40cr thick steel plate and guide rail, it is wear-resisting and non-deformation, operating steadily.

3.Input and output conveyor adopt timing belt which can improve the transmission precision and stability;

4.Aluminium alloysupporting frame can guarantee no scratch on the surface of the glass sheet.

5.The grinding wheels are connected to the motors directly, which is convenient to adjust and maintain;

6.Two options:Digital display,PLC control.

1.粗磨、精磨、拋光及底邊的磨削一次性加工完成，加工后接近母體光潔度；

2.鏈板采用特殊工藝鑲40cr厚鋼板與導軌，耐磨不變形，運行平穩。

3.輸入輸出采用同步帶結構，確保機器傳送的平穩；

4.采用無(wú)極變速電機調速，可調范圍大；該機加工精度高，操作方便；

5.本機的磨頭部分采用ABB電機直傳結構，使用穩定，便于調試及維修；

6.兩種配置可供選擇：數顯，PLC.
