Mchine introduce
1、該生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)由兩臺斜邊機連線(xiàn)組成。一臺用于斜邊粗精磨和底邊的倒角去毛刺，另一臺用于拋光。
2、傳送帶采用滾輪軸承結構，使玻璃的傳送帶加工更加平穩。后導軌上下升降，加工范圍廣且穩定性高�？稍诒緳C上自磨后傳送板，使之長(cháng)久保持高精度。
3、裝有自動(dòng)和手動(dòng)供油系統，使整機能保持在良好的潤滑條件下工作，使用壽命更長(cháng)。后導上裝有自動(dòng)清洗機，用于磨削過(guò)程中后傳送板清潔。
4、電氣控制系統采用進(jìn)口電器元件，運用PLC進(jìn)行手動(dòng)和自動(dòng)控制，人機界面顯示被加工玻璃的厚度、斜邊角度、斜邊寬度及底邊剩余厚度等參數。特別是機臺拋光部分，采用進(jìn)口線(xiàn)性滑軌，運行靈活而卻精密度高，拋光品質(zhì)好。
5、FZM2有兩個(gè)轉臺，兩個(gè)磨頭臂，能同時(shí)對兩塊玻璃制品的周邊進(jìn)行磨削加工，磨頭臂的擺動(dòng)采用了緩沖氣缸的推動(dòng)，使磨輪平穩接觸，加工玻璃的周邊采用自動(dòng)化控制。
1、The production line is composed of two sets beveling machines. One is used for rough and fine grinding and arris; the other is used for polishing.
2、The convey belt adopts roll bearing structure to make sure processing more stable. And the rear guide rail with lift device, which increased processing range and stability. The machine can grind rear conveyor plate by itself to keep high accuracy for long life.
3、Auto and manual oil supply system are equipped to guarantee machine working under a good lubrication condition to increase stability. Cleaner be mounted on front and rear guide rail, which clean front and rear conveyor plate in grinding process.
4、Electrical system adopts import components; apply PLC control auto/manual program, HMI display data of glass thickness，bevel angle, bevel width and remaining thickness of bottom edge.
5、Especially the polishing unit, it adopts import linear slide guide, with high flexibility and high precise polishing quality.
