基于工業(yè)電腦數控技術(shù)，可同時(shí)在雙工位上放上兩塊玻璃；一塊玻璃正在加工過(guò)程中，可調整另一塊玻璃定位，這樣機器會(huì )自動(dòng)加工完靠前工位玻璃，自動(dòng)加工第二工位玻璃，完成后，又返回靠前工位，如此循環(huán)反復；不同的倒角半徑通過(guò)參數調整即可，并保證倒角接口順滑；采用自動(dòng)拋光補償及拋光預壓機制，保證100%倒角拋光品質(zhì)；適合散件/批量玻璃的倒角加工；window操作界面，簡(jiǎn)潔易學(xué)，1小時(shí)即可上手；由于加工主軸不停歇，生產(chǎn)效率極高！

倒角機是在由由機體、外角倒角工作臺、定位托臺、內角倒角工作臺、內角轉動(dòng)刀頭、外角轉動(dòng)刀頭、電動(dòng)機和傳動(dòng)機構組成，在機體水平上板上垂直安裝內、外角轉動(dòng)刀頭，其下端軸部設置傳動(dòng)機構，垂直升降的內角倒角工作臺中心的內角刀頭露孔中露出內角轉動(dòng)刀頭，位于上述外角轉動(dòng)刀頭正上方定位托臺下側的凹槽與外角倒角工作臺的外角刀頭露孔相結合，端面上構成外角轉動(dòng)刀頭露出的外角刀頭露孔，外角倒角工作臺與機體水平上板之間設置升降裝置，使外角倒角工作臺垂直升降，以使外角刀頭露孔中外角轉動(dòng)刀頭露出可以調節。
