懸掛式玻璃加料機是我國1986年引進(jìn)日本東芝公司的先進(jìn)產(chǎn)品，經(jīng)過(guò)廠(chǎng)家運行使用，也有不佳之處。根據廠(chǎng)家的技術(shù)人員的意見(jiàn)，在原有基礎上有所改進(jìn)，經(jīng)過(guò)廠(chǎng)家使用鑒定，是目前較為理想的先進(jìn)加料裝置。本機采用鋼結構，焊接成型，觸熱部位，采用耐熱鋼（1CR18NI9TI)以弧線(xiàn)推進(jìn)的原理，進(jìn)行推加料，其特點(diǎn)是全封閉，降低能耗，無(wú)粉塵，提高了車(chē)間的空氣清晰度。整機懸掛于固定框架上，不占用廠(chǎng)地面積，動(dòng)力系統位于加料機框架上面。

玻璃器皿就是用玻璃所造的器皿。玻璃藝術(shù)在我國保持了連綿不斷幾千年的發(fā)展歷史。明代萬(wàn)歷年間，山東博山的料器制作已十分繁榮興盛，明末清初傳入北京，在清初康熙、雍正、乾隆時(shí)期，琉璃生產(chǎn)一度得到復興，清康熙三十五年，北京出現大規模的“琉璃廠(chǎng)”，生產(chǎn)皇宮享用的料器。在這期間，玻璃器皿的品種豐富多彩，造型與裝飾也有所變化。其中料仿玉、翡翠、瑪瑙、珊瑚等制成的瓶、碗、鼻煙壺、鳥(niǎo)獸等，顏色逼真，具有獨特風(fēng)格和韻味。玻璃器皿多用鈉鈣硅酸鹽玻璃做成，無(wú)色透明的器皿，玻璃中的含鐵量一般低于0.02%。在玻璃原料中加入著(zhù)色劑，可制得有色玻璃；加入乳濁劑，制得乳濁玻璃（見(jiàn)玻璃制造）。制造琢磨車(chē)刻的高級藝術(shù)器皿如高腳杯、香水瓶、果盆等多采用鉀鉛硅酸鹽玻璃，又稱(chēng)鉛晶質(zhì)玻璃。這種玻璃含PbO，具有高折射率和色散，磨刻棱面時(shí)格外光亮，高比重，敲擊時(shí)發(fā)清脆聲響。含PbO30%以上的為全鉛晶質(zhì)玻璃，含PbO24～30%為中鉛晶質(zhì)玻璃，含PbO18%以下為低鉛晶質(zhì)玻璃，另外還有含BaO的鋇晶質(zhì)玻璃。煮食器皿如咖啡壺等制品采用耐熱硼硅酸鹽玻璃，其熱膨脹系數低，耐溫度急變性強。微晶玻璃具有更好的耐熱和耐溫度急變性，機械強度大，適合制造炊燒器皿和飯店旅館中經(jīng)常洗滌的器皿。
