耐手汗免處理PP油墨銷(xiāo)售廠(chǎng)家

油墨特性：擁有和德國彩麗寶一樣的顏色，主要用于PP、PE、BOPP等材料上，具有高色澤、高色彩、高遮蓋力、高穩定性、耐酒精及耐磨擦之特點(diǎn)。

印刷：絲印移印均可。

表干及實(shí)干時(shí)間：表干時(shí)間自然揮發(fā)5-10分鐘；實(shí)干時(shí)間在24小時(shí)以?xún)取?/p>

稀釋及清洗：SV3慢干開(kāi)油水、UVK1（移印開(kāi)油水）同時(shí)可使用718洗網(wǎng)水清洗。

測試方法（完全干燥后）：

1、3m膠紙粘在畫(huà)有百格的油墨表面，45度角迅速拉起不脫油；

2、純度99%的工業(yè)酒精，一千克砝碼用棉布包住在油墨表面，以水平力來(lái)回拉200次無(wú)脫色；

3、耐磨：橡皮擦500g力水平來(lái)回擦500次。

使用方法：

1、使用前應充分攪拌，用后隨時(shí)封閉；

2、攪拌時(shí)加開(kāi)油水10-15%，稀釋到印刷粘度；

3、網(wǎng)板塞網(wǎng)時(shí)可用洗網(wǎng)水清洗；

4、不得與其它類(lèi)型油墨混合使用。

注意事項：

1、塑膠材料的外觀(guān)相似，但可能會(huì )是不同的材料，客戶(hù)需試印確定其符合要求后，再批量印刷；

2、在移印過(guò)程中，如出現拉絲或散開(kāi)，可適當加入一些慢干膏即可；

3、環(huán)境溫度過(guò)高，將會(huì )影響油墨原有質(zhì)量；

4、根據氣候變化，請遠離火源，陰暗環(huán)境下存放。

The matters needing attention:

1, the plastic material of similar appearance, but may be of different materials, customers need to try to determine its requirements, and then bulk printing;

2, in the printing process, such as drawing or spread out,may be appropriate to add some slow dry paste can be;

3, the ambient temperature is too high, it will affect the quality of the original ink;

4, according to the climate change, please stay away from fire, stored in dark environment.
