1) 該機由進(jìn)料段、預熱段、預壓段、加熱段I 加熱段II、輥壓段、出料段和電控柜等組成，用于合片后玻璃與pvb膠片的初壓處理，采用進(jìn)口耐高溫橡膠輥均勻滾壓，排出空氣。通過(guò)預加熱、預加壓、加熱、加壓使夾層玻璃中間的pvb膠片與玻璃初步粘合，玻璃在輥輪上連續進(jìn)行平穩輥壓運動(dòng)，達到排出氣泡、粘合牢固的效果。
2) 大壓輥有平壓/平彎兩用輥壓方式，間隙調節采用編碼器控制，顯示器顯示大壓輥間間隙，操作簡(jiǎn)單、直觀(guān)。
3) 主傳送為齒輪傳送，變頻調速、數字顯示。
4) 大壓輥傳動(dòng)方式: 獨立傳動(dòng)和鏈傳動(dòng)二種
5) 傳送輥結構：光軸纏高溫段無(wú)塵石棉繩/高溫芳綸繩，進(jìn)、出料段為光軸套“O”橡膠圈。
6) 加熱元件為石英發(fā)熱管/中波紅外加熱，采用溫控表顯示溫度和操作。

Pre-pressing machine is used for producing laminated glass in laminated glass production line. It has the following characteristics:1) The machine is composed of feeding section, pre-heat section, pre-pressing section, heating sectionⅠ, heating sectionⅡ, roller section, discharging segment and electric control cabinet, being used in initial pressure treatment of laminated glass and PVB film. It adopts imported high-temperature resistant rubber roller rolling evenly, which thoroughly exhaust air between the two pieces of glass. Making PVB film in the middle of laminated glass and glass initially conglutinate by pre-heating, pre-pressing, heat and pressure; glass between rollers is on continuous smooth roller movement to the effect of eliminating air bubbles and strong adhesion.2) The big squeezing rollers have two rolling modes: pressing flat glass, or both flat and bent glass. Space/distance between two great squeezing rollers is set by industrial computer assisted by coder with monitor displayed.
3) Main transmission is gear transmission; transmission speed is for frequency digital display.
4) The big squeezing rollers have two transmission types: independent transmission and chain transmission.
5) Conveying roller structure: Heating zone is shaft winded with high temperature proof asbestos rope/ Aramid rope. Feeding and discharging segment is shaft with o-rubber ring.
6) The heating elements adopt quartz emitter/ IR emitter. Temperature is controlled by industrial computer and PLC.
7) Configuration specific can be customized.

夾層玻璃是由兩片或多片玻璃之間夾上PVB膜經(jīng)高溫高壓牢固粘合而成的安全玻璃。夾層玻璃生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)是加工建筑用玻璃、裝飾玻璃、汽車(chē)擋風(fēng)玻璃和防彈玻璃的必備生產(chǎn)設備。它主要由清洗干燥機、取片合片定位輸送機、行走吸盤(pán)吊架、PVB膠膜鋪攤機、預壓機、高壓釜等組成。有兩種加熱元件：普通石英加熱管加熱和中波遠紅外輻射管加熱。整線(xiàn)生產(chǎn)效率和成品率高，操作簡(jiǎn)便，安全可靠。具體配置可按客戶(hù)要求設計制造。
Laminated glass consists of two or more pieces of glass, which are laminated firmly with PVB interlayer under high temperature and high pressure. Laminated glass production line is necessary equipment for architectural glass, decorative glass, windscreen glass and bulletproof glass. It is composed of glass washing and drying machine, lamination positioning and transmission machine, movable scissor cup suction hanger, PVB film unwinding machine, pre-pressing machine and autoclave. There are two kinds of heaters: normal quartz heater and IR emitter heater. The whole line is PLC controlled with high efficiency, safety, reliability, and easy operation. Configuration specific can be customized.
