基本信息
YT系列高精度全自動(dòng)玻璃雙孔鉆孔機。采用上、下雙面自動(dòng)鉆孔，由PLC控制鉆孔程序，操作簡(jiǎn)便。鉆孔采用氣缸傳動(dòng)和脈沖技術(shù)，鉆孔速度快，成型質(zhì)量好，幾無(wú)爆邊。電機采用三級皮帶輪調速，應對不同的鉆孔直徑。雙軸同時(shí)鉆孔，玻璃孔間距由編碼器控制，通過(guò)數顯器輸入調節，孔距精準。配備活動(dòng)坐標定位靠山裝置，孔位，孔距精準。配備氣動(dòng)升降臺，用于大板面玻璃在線(xiàn)生產(chǎn)的移動(dòng)。該機特別適用于淋浴房玻璃、汽車(chē)玻璃、點(diǎn)式幕墻玻璃等有規則的多孔玻璃。特別適用于淋浴房玻璃的鉆孔，組合我廠(chǎng)的YT1000高精度全自動(dòng)玻璃鉆孔機，顯著(zhù)提高生產(chǎn)效率。

Superiority of Machine:
l Double surface automatic drilling which controlled by PLC drilling program.
l The drilling apparatus adopts hydraulic buffer and pulse technique, which could drill holes rapidly and with good forming quality, no cracking around the hole.
l For the different diameter hole, the tower type apparatus is adopted for adjusting the rotate speed of drill spindle.
l Two axis for drilling in same time, the hole distance is controlled by the coder and equips moveable coordinate location which could control the holes distance in high precision tolerance.
l The machine provides a pneumatic lifting platform for moving the large square glass during online production.
l The machine applies to the processing of as shower room glass, automotive glass and dot matrix curtain glass, and other couples hole’s glass.
