一、產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)概述

該機是根據玻璃的安全防爆及樓體施工時(shí)對玻璃安裝施工保護新要求專(zhuān)門(mén)開(kāi)發(fā)的防爆膜和中空玻璃保護膜覆膜機。該機主要適用于單層、多層中空玻璃、以及各類(lèi)板面平整的產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行保護膜敷貼的專(zhuān)項使用機械設備。

隨著(zhù)該設備的推出，在保留原有玻璃等平板類(lèi)貼膜工藝要求的基礎上，成功解決的傳統的單片玻璃覆膜機在為中空玻璃貼膜時(shí)出現的破碎以及中心貼敷不到的難題。市場(chǎng)上原有的設備因為結構原因在調整不當時(shí)，由于上壓輥下落的幅度不同、無(wú)法保證上下輥始終平行，造成中空玻璃單邊受力過(guò)于集中出現的玻璃破碎現象和中空玻璃中心位置覆膜出現嚴重的空鼓問(wèn)題。整機結構簡(jiǎn)單、操作方便、控制靈活的特點(diǎn)，非常適應廣大平面板材生產(chǎn)廠(chǎng)和中空玻璃制造廠(chǎng)的需求。根據客戶(hù)要求，我廠(chǎng)可以提供的產(chǎn)品組合靈活多變。選裝輔助翻片上下片臺、拼接組合覆膜、定尺縱向、橫向裁切保護膜等，中空玻璃貼膜機，中空玻璃覆膜機，玻璃覆膜機，玻璃貼膜機，鏡子貼膜機，鏡子覆膜機，淋浴房玻璃覆膜機，淋浴房玻璃貼膜機。
